Billing & Subscriptions
The "Billing" page is where you manage your organization's subscription plan.
Billing Info Card
At the very top of the page, you will find a "Billing Info" card that displays:
- Company Name
- Current Plan
- Expiry Date
- The logged-in user
Subscription Plans
Below the info card, you will see the three available subscription plans: Apex, Boost, and Spark.
- Each card provides a brief description, including who the plan is suitable for and its user/branch limits.

To change your plan, simply click the "Select Plan" button on the plan you wish to upgrade to.
- Your "Current Plan" will be highlighted and its button will be disabled.
- Clicking "Select Plan" will securely open a Pesapal window to handle the transaction.
- After the transaction, you will be redirected to a billing status page confirming if the payment was successful or failed.
Subscription & Limit Management
Here is what happens when your subscription expires or you exceed your plan's limits.
What Happens When Your Subscription Expires?
When your subscription expires, your account access will be limited.
- All users will only be able to access the following pages:
- Dashboard
- Profile
- Billing
- Transaction History
- If you try to visit any other page, a modal will appear informing you that your subscription has expired.
- Admins: You will see a button to "Go to Billing Page" and a button to "Contact Us."
- Other Users: You will be advised to contact your organization's administrator to renew the subscription.
What Happens If You Exceed Plan Limits?
If you create more branches or users than your current plan allows, those new accounts/branches will be "frozen."
- How it works: The accounts and branches are frozen in the order of their creation date. The newest ones (those past the limit) will be frozen, while the older accounts/branches within the limit remain functional.
- For Frozen Users: You can log in, but can only access the Dashboard and Profile pages.
- For Frozen Branches: You can log into the branch, but cannot navigate to other pages except Dashboard and Profile.
In both "frozen" cases, a modal will appear ("Account Frozen" or "Branch Frozen") advising you to contact your administrator to upgrade to a higher plan.
