Track Gifts Inventory

This page allows you to view and track the status of your entire gifts inventory.

Filters

At the top of the page, you can filter your gifts list:

• Search by Gift Name: Find a specific gift.
• Expiry Status Filter:
  • All Gifts (Default)
  • Active (In stock & not expired)
  • Expiring Soon (Expiring in the next 30 days)
  • Expired

Below the filters, a table displays your full gifts inventory with the following headers:

• Gift Name
• Current Stock
• Price (your cost)
• Expiry Date
• Eligibility Note
• Added By
• Added On
