Creating Your Account
Welcome to Zyrepha! You can create a new account in two ways:
- Registering yourself to create a new organization.
- Accepting an invitation to join an existing organization.
Method 1: Register Page (New Organization)
This is the standard flow if you are a new user creating the first account for your business.
This process has 3-4 steps, depending on your sign-up method.

Create Your Account:
- Google Sign-up (3 Steps): You can sign up using your existing Google account.
- Email & Password (4 Steps): If you use an email and password, you will have an extra step to verify your email before proceeding.

Add Personal Details: Provide your full name and phone number.

Create Your Organization: Set up your new organization and your very first branch.
After a successful registration, you will be automatically logged in, assigned the Admin role (the highest rank in Zyrepha), and taken to your new /dashboard.
Method 2: Accepting an Invitation
This flow is for users who are invited by an Admin to join an organization that already exists in Zyrepha.
Important: 15 Minute Expiry
Invite links are only valid for 15 minutes after they are sent. The Admin should notify you to join promptly. If your link expires, the Admin can easily send a new, fresh invite link.
- Receive Your Invite: An Admin will send an invitation to your email address.
- Use the Invite Link: Click the link in your email (within 15 minutes). The page will show you the organization you are joining, as well as the branches and roles you have been assigned.
- Create Your Account: You can create your account using either Google or an email and password.
This is a single-step account creation because you are joining an existing organization—you do not need to create your own.
After a successful sign-up, you will be redirected to the /login page. Once you log in, your default page will be the /dashboard.
